Touchstone Exploration Inc. has announced the successful outcomes of its 2025 annual shareholders' meeting. The meeting, held virtually on June 19, 2025, saw all proposed matters approved. A total of 58,581,410 common shares, representing 24.77% of eligible shares, were voted.
