Touchstone Exploration Updates on Private Placement

Touchstone Exploration Inc., based in Calgary, has provided an update on its £15.375 million private placement initiative. As of June 16, 2025, £10.325 million of the planned funds remain outstanding. Arranged by Portillion Capital and OAK Securities, Touchstone expects to receive these funds by June 20, 2025, following the finalization of necessary documentation.

The company has so far received £5.05 million, which has been allocated to the Cascadura drilling program and general work capital. Despite the delay in the remaining funds, the company's current capital activities are unaffected. On May 16, 75,000,000 new common shares were issued, with 24,636,586 shares already distributed to investors.

The Toronto Stock Exchange extended its conditional approval for the private placement completion deadline. Touchstone plans to provide further updates as needed.
