Totec Resources Transitions to Semi-Annual Reporting

Totec Resources Ltd., listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV:TOTC), has announced its decision to adopt a semi-annual financial reporting framework. This move follows the Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, which permits eligible venture issuers to file financial reports semi-annually instead of quarterly. The company's fiscal year ends on March 31, and under this new structure, Totec will not file interim reports for the first and third quarters but will continue to release audited annual financial statements and six-month interim reports.

The decision aligns with the company's eligibility under the pilot program, having annual revenues below $10 million and a strong disclosure record. Totec's first period without an interim report will cover the three months ending June 30, 2026. Additionally, at the recent annual general meeting, shareholders approved key resolutions, including the election of directors and adoption of a new incentive plan.
