TotalEnergies has released an update on its share capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. The company reports a total of 2,206,585,543 shares in its capital structure. This figure also represents the total theoretical number of voting rights.
The number of exercisable voting rights stands at 2,142,883,014. This is calculated after deducting 63,702,529 treasury shares from the theoretical total.
