TotalEnergies: Statement on Treasury Share Transactions
On August 25, 2026, TotalEnergies issued a press release regarding its recent share transactions. Between August 17 and 21, 2026, the company repurchased a total of 1,548,726 of its own shares. These repurchases, authorized by the Annual General Meeting of May 29, 2026, were carried out on various markets at a weighted average price per share of EUR 77.48.
The total value of the transactions amounts to EUR 119,999,834.30. The various transactions include purchases on the XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU markets. These actions aim to optimize TotalEnergies' financial structure.
