TotalEnergies: Statement on Treasury Share Transactions
Paris, June 2, 2026 – TotalEnergies has issued a statement regarding its recent transactions in its own shares. This statement is in accordance with the authorizations granted at the Annual General Meetings of May 2025 and 2026, and complies with applicable regulations on share buybacks.
Between May 25 and 29, 2026, TotalEnergies repurchased a total of 1,767,146 shares. These transactions represent an investment of €134,999,815.60, with a weighted average purchase price of €76.39 per share. The transactions took place primarily on the XPAR and CEUX markets.
These share buybacks reflect the company's capital management strategy, which aims to optimize the financial structure and create value for its shareholders.
