TotalEnergies SE has published its data on the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital as of January 31, 2026. The company declares a total of 2,206,585,543 shares forming its capital.
Furthermore, the number of theoretical voting rights is identical to the number of shares, also amounting to 2,206,585,543. However, the exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, amount to 2,142,085,069.
This information is provided in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, thus ensuring transparency towards investors and the market.
