TotalEnergies Reports Voting Rights and Capital Details

TotalEnergies SE has released information on its share capital and voting rights as of January 31, 2026. The company reported a total of 2,206,585,543 shares in its share capital. This number corresponds to the total theoretical voting rights associated with these shares. According to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation, these rights include shares with suspended voting rights.

However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly less, totaling 2,142,085,069. This discrepancy is due to the deduction of 64,500,474 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights. The publication of these figures complies with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the AMF.
