TotalEnergies SE has released figures relating to its share capital as of March 30, 2026. The number of shares comprising the company's share capital amounts to 2,188,400,475. Each share is associated with one theoretical voting right, which also totals 2,188,400,475 theoretical voting rights.
Regarding exercisable voting rights, the number is 2,133,713,820. This difference is due to the 54,686,655 treasury shares, which are not included in the exercisable voting rights. This information is provided in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
