TotalEnergies: Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares
On April 21, 2026, TotalEnergies SE announced share purchases made between April 13 and 17, 2026. These transactions were carried out in accordance with the authorizations granted by the Annual General Meeting of May 23, 2025. The company acquired a total of 723,696 shares, at an average purchase price of €77.50 per share. The total value of the transactions amounted to €56,088,965.69.
The transactions took place on the market identified by the code XPAR. Each day, a significant number of shares were traded, ranging from 141,904 to 148,422 shares per day, with the average daily price varying from 75.39 to 79.61 euros per share.
