TotalEnergies Declares its Share Purchase Transactions
On July 14, 2026, TotalEnergies SE announced its transactions in treasury shares for the period from July 6 to 10, 2026. These transactions were carried out within the framework of the authorization of the General Meeting of May 29, 2026. During this period, the company purchased a total of 1,510,048 shares, with a weighted average price of EUR 68.20 per share, for a total amount of EUR 102,987,680.64.
The transactions were carried out on several markets, including XPAR and CEUX, with daily volumes ranging from 10,000 to 190,448 shares, and acquisition prices ranging from €66.87 to €69.02. These purchases are part of TotalEnergies' overall strategy to optimize its capital structure.
