TotalEnergies SE has published details of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total number of shares comprising its share capital is 2,206,585,543. This same number of shares is listed for theoretical voting rights in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). These rights cover all shares, including those without voting rights.

Furthermore, the number of exercisable voting rights is 2,142,883,014. This decrease compared to the theoretical rights takes into account the deduction of 63,702,529 treasury shares held by the company.
