Stock price chart of TOTAL GABON (EPA:EC) showing fluctuations.

TotalEnergies EP Gabon has published its financial results for the second quarter and the first half of 2026. Crude oil prices saw a significant increase, with the average price of Brent reaching $103.8/b in the second quarter, marking a 28% increase compared to the previous quarter. Despite this price increase, crude oil production declined slightly to 15.0 kb/d, partly due to production shutdowns for pipeline maintenance.

Second-quarter revenue reached $111 million, a 13% increase compared to the first quarter, although crude oil sales volumes remained unchanged at 1.0 million barrels. Operating cash flow reached $50 million, compared to -$4 million in the previous quarter, driven by increased revenue and effective working capital management.

Net income, however, fell to $6 million, down from $45 million in the first quarter of 2026. Notable factors included increased operating expenses and inventory changes. Oil investments were maintained at $15 million, reflecting a focus on infrastructure sustainability.
