Toosla réorganise sa gouvernance avec l'arrivée de Pascal Ghoson
Le 12 octobre 2026, Toosla, spécialiste de la location automobile digitale, annonce une évolution majeure de sa gouvernance. Pascal Ghoson est nommé Président du Conseil d'administration et Directeur Général, succédant à Panayotis Staïcos. Ce changement suit une période de restructuration financière et de réduction de l'endettement de l'entreprise.
Le mandat de Panayotis Staïcos, qui a débuté en 2021, a été marqué par l'introduction en Bourse de Toosla et un recentrage sur la croissance. Avec Ghoson, Toosla vise la croissance rentable. Expert de la mobilité, Ghoson a notamment fondé Findrive et préside Hopium. Il a également une expérience notable en finance, acquise chez Lazard, Goldman Sachs et Rothschild & Co.
