Toosla, a 100% digital car rental company, anticipates its first-ever net profit for the first half of 2026. This performance stems from a drastic reduction in its debt from €20.3 million to €4.8 million. The debt reduction plan includes a €10.7 million debt write-off and an early repayment.

An enhanced version of Toosla's mobile app has been launched, facilitating access to over 15,000 destinations. Thanks to the integration of artificial intelligence technologies, the development of new features is accelerating.

Faced with rising fuel prices, Toosla adjusted its fleet towards more economical and affordable models, thus maintaining its attractiveness. Revenue for the first half of the year reached €2.9 million, despite a 20% decrease in bookings.

Governance has been simplified with the appointment of Panayotis Staicos as Chairman and CEO. Toosla is preparing a new strategic roadmap for the fall.
