Tonies Extends CEO Tobias Wann's Contract Through 2029

Tonies SE has renewed CEO Tobias Wann's contract until 2029, aiming to guide the company’s next global growth phase. Since Wann’s leadership began in January 2024, the company has experienced significant growth, with revenue increasing from EUR 361 million in FY 2023 to EUR 630 million in FY 2025. The adjusted EBITDA margin also saw an improvement from 4.0% to 8.6% during the same period.

The successful transition from a founder-led to a CEO-led company marks a new chapter for Tonies. Noteworthy achievements include the launch of Toniebox 2 and significant expansion in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. With revenues expected to grow over 20% to EUR 760 million in 2026, the company remains focused on further scaling its operations and maintaining its position as a leader in the interactive audio platform for children.
