The Frankfurt-based firm has sold its entire stake, initially receiving a consideration payment, with further payments contingent on performance conditions. Blink Labs, now part of Gattaca, processes over 15 million transactions daily across various blockchains. This merger aims to enhance transaction execution, decrease latency, and bolster security for wallets and applications.
