Broadside Technologies Introduces Digital VIB Generator

Broadside Technologies has unveiled its new Broadside VIB Generator, a digital tool to automate the creation of Vermögensanlagen-Informationsblätter (VIBs) in Germany. Developed in collaboration with legal experts, the generator serves startups, businesses, project developers, and financial advisors. VIBs are a legal necessity in Germany for public investment asset offers without a full prospectus, such as token-based financing or crowdfunding.

Previously, VIBs were manually generated by law firms, a process taking weeks and costing up to €25,000. The Broadside VIB Generator automates this, delivering BaFin-compliant VIBs in less than 24 hours for a fixed fee of €7,900. This solution marks the first fully digital offering on the German market, aiming to make regulatory processes more efficient and less costly.
