TIN INN Introduces Subscription Model for Business Travelers

TIN INN Holding AG has launched a new subscription model aimed at business customers, featuring fixed travel costs for flexible accommodation. This initiative targets companies with significant travel needs, offering three package options: "Basic," "Pro," and "Unlimited." Starting at EUR 600 for ten nights, the subscription includes a transferable night quota within a company.

The model aims to boost weekday occupancy at TIN INN's six hotels, ensuring predictable costs and ESG-friendly lodging. Customers benefit from digitalized services, contactless entry, and sustainable, certified hotel locations. Projections suggest a 16% revenue increase per location with minimal extra overhead, managed via TIN INN's existing digital platform.

CEO Nico Sauerland stated the subscription aligns with the company's platform strategy, enhancing utilization, margins, and brand visibility. The service has already attracted four pilot customers since its introduction in July 2025.
