TIKEHAU CAPITAL: Transactions in own shares at the end of March-beginning of April 2026

TIKEHAU CAPITAL announced its transactions in its own shares carried out from March 27 to April 2, 2026, in accordance with European Regulation No. 596/2014, also known as the MAR Regulation. During this period, the company acquired a total of 11,420 shares.

On March 27, TIKEHAU CAPITAL purchased 3,714 shares at an average price of €15.7106. Purchases continued with 2,518 shares on March 30 at a price of €15.7075. The following day, 1,795 shares were acquired at €16.1123 each.

At the beginning of April, on the 1st of the month, 1,342 shares were purchased at a price of €16.4926. Finally, on April 2nd, TIKEHAU CAPITAL acquired 2,051 shares, each trading at €16.4220. The weighted average share price over this entire period was €15.9927.
