Tikehau Capital: Disclosure of Share Repurchases
Tikehau Capital recently disclosed its repurchase of shares over a specified period. Following the guidelines set by Article 5 of the EU Regulation n° 596/2014, the company has made detailed information available on its website.
Between December 19 and December 24, 2025, Tikehau Capital conducted a series of transactions involving its own shares. The repurchases occurred on the Euronext Paris stock exchange (market code: XPAR), with specific daily volumes and average prices recorded.
On December 19, a total of 808 shares were repurchased at an average price of €15.6727. The largest transaction occurred on December 22, with 1,520 shares bought at €15.7009 each. Subsequent transactions on December 23 and 24 involved 870 and 1,197 shares, priced at €15.6977 and €15.8280 respectively.
The cumulative volume of shares repurchased totaled 4,395, with a weighted average price of €15.7297 per share.
