Thyssenkrupp nucera Delivers Chlor-Alkali Plant to Chlorum Solutions in Brazil

thyssenkrupp nucera has completed the delivery of a new chlor-alkali electrolysis plant to Chlorum Solutions in Palmeira, Brazil. The facility is now fully operational, boasting a production capacity of over 15,000 tons of chlorine annually. This initiative strengthens chlor-alkali production in southern Brazil. Collaboration between thyssenkrupp nucera and Chlorum Solutions ensured a smooth commissioning process.

The plant features advanced BM2.7 single-element technology, prioritizing energy efficiency and savings. This development follows another project in Minas Gerais, marking another milestone for both companies in expanding production capabilities. Chlorum Solutions aims to address regional demand while maintaining environmental standards by using renewable energy sources.
