Thyssenkrupp Nucera and well:fair Partner to Enhance Water Access in East Africa

Thyssenkrupp Nucera and the NGO well:fair have announced a partnership aimed at improving access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in East Africa. This two-year collaboration will see thyssenkrupp Nucera donating EUR 25,000 annually to support well:fair’s efforts, focusing initially on building new wells in Ethiopia and Tanzania.

Since its founding in 2012, well:fair has successfully completed over 500 WASH projects, reaching more than 400,000 individuals. Thyssenkrupp Nucera, recognized globally for its electrolysis technology, views this partnership as part of its corporate social responsibility and sustainability commitment. Both organizations aim to educate and involve employees in these projects, emphasizing the importance of water access.

The partnership highlights thyssenkrupp Nucera’s strategic focus on the responsible use of resources and its efforts to contribute meaningfully to communities where clean water is a critical need.
