Threshold Crossing at SECHE ENVIRONNEMENT
On March 3, 2026, Pégase 531 announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in SECHE ENVIRONNEMENT on May 3, 2025. This increase resulted from the allocation of double voting rights. As of that date, Pégase 531 held 564,407 shares, representing 8.46% of the voting rights.
The Séché family group, the main shareholder, did not cross any significant thresholds. As of May 3, 2025, it held 5,423,892 shares, representing 69.03% of the share capital and 81.32% of the voting rights. The distribution within the group remains stable, with Pégase 531 remaining a key player with 7.18% of the share capital.
As of March 1, 2026, the Séché group now holds 5,423,893 shares, while retaining the same percentage of voting rights.
