Therme Group to Develop Wellbeing Destination in Singapore
Therme Group has been awarded a tender by the Singapore Tourism Board to develop a state-of-the-art wellbeing destination at Marina South Coast. This S$1 billion project marks the company's first venture in Asia and aims to transform the area into an urban oasis. Expected to attract around 2 million visitors annually, this facility is set to integrate water, nature, and architecture.
Developed in collaboration with DP Architects, Therme Singapore will include thermal pools, botanical landscapes, art installations, and advanced health technology. It emphasizes sustainability with high-efficiency water recycling and sustainable energy solutions. According to Therme Group's CEO, Dr Robert Hanea, the facility is designed to integrate wellbeing into everyday urban life.
