Theraclion Reorganizes its Board of Directors
On June 18, 2026, Theraclion announced the reorganization of its Board of Directors. Yann Duchesne, Chairman and Director since January 2022, decided not to continue his term. Shareholders elected a new board composed of five members: Lijuan Deng, Claude Lenoir, Cédric Bellanger, Mehdi El Glaoui, and Vincent Gardès. Gardès joins the board after having served as an observer.
Claude Lenoir has been appointed interim President to ensure continuity of governance. Martin Deterre, CEO, expressed his gratitude to Yann Duchesne for his essential contributions to the company's strategic development. Theraclion, a MedTech specialist, continues its growth under this new leadership.
