The Vanguard Group's Stake in easyJet plc
The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its position regarding easyJet plc, according to a Form 8.3 submission, dated 1st October 2026. This disclosure is in line with Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of 30th September 2026, Vanguard holds 23,867,319 shares in easyJet, comprising 3.15% of the airline's ordinary shares.
In recent transactions, Vanguard purchased 61,789 shares at 6.78 GBP per unit and sold 6,204 shares at 6.74 GBP per unit. These trades reflect Vanguard's ongoing adjustment of its investment in easyJet.
