The Vanguard Group Discloses Interests in Bakkavor Group

The Vanguard Group, Inc. has released a public opening position disclosure under Form 8.3 in relation to Bakkavor Group plc as of 10 September 2025. This disclosure, in line with Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code, reveals Vanguard's stakes involving conditions representing 1% or more in relevant securities.

The disclosed position shows Vanguard holding 9,588,757 shares, which accounts for 1.65% of Bakkavor's 2p ordinary securities. The company has also engaged in a purchase of 1,957 shares at a rate of 2.21 GBP per unit.
