Founded in 2022, We Connect Work operates a platform for the industrial and construction sectors, focusing on B2B customers across Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe. The company's expertise lies in electrical, plumbing, heating, drywall construction, and welding technology. The acquisition aims to expand the existing platform and develop a B2B platform for building materials and related products by 2026.
The current management will retain a minority stake, ensuring continuity.
