The Platform Group AG, a key software entity for platform solutions, has announced its majority acquisition of 43einhalb GmbH, a fashion and footwear B2C platform. Located in Fulda, 43einhalb was established in 2011 and focuses on high-quality fashion from renowned brands like Nike, Adidas, and New Balance. This acquisition will see 43einhalb integrated into TPG's Consumer Goods division, enhancing its fashion sector offerings.

Bjoern Minnier, TPG's Head of M&A, highlights the potential to link 43einhalb's products with existing platforms, optimizing marketing and brand outreach. The transaction was signed on December 19, 2025, with completion anticipated in January 2026. While the purchase price remains undisclosed, the merger aims to expand TPG's consumer goods segment with high-end fashion offerings.
