The NAGA Group AG Reports Preliminary FY 2025 Financial Results

The NAGA Group AG has announced its preliminary financial results for the fiscal year 2025. The company reported group revenues of EUR 62.4 million, showing a slight decrease from the previous year's EUR 63.2 million. However, when adjusted for foreign exchange, revenue reflects a 3.5% increase to EUR 65.4 million. EBITDA fell to EUR 3.3 million from EUR 9.0 million in FY 2024, with a foreign exchange-adjusted figure of EUR 4.7 million.

Despite challenging market conditions, including low market volatility, NAGA expanded its client base and integrated operations with the former CAPEX Group. Marketing investments grew by 15.6%, yielding a 37.5% increase in new funded clients.

Looking ahead to 2026, NAGA forecasts revenue between EUR 68 and 75 million and EBITDA ranging from EUR 10 to 15 million. The company aims to leverage AI-first capabilities and enhance operational efficiency to achieve sustained growth.
