The NAGA Group AG Achieves First Profitable Half-Year
The NAGA Group AG, a fintech entity, reported a net profit for the first half of 2026, a first in its history. The company attributes its profitability to strategic realignment focusing on cost efficiency and AI-supported processes. EBITDA rose by 47% to EUR 4.4 million, with a margin increase to 15.9%. Customer Lifetime Value improved by 32% to EUR 2,757 per client.
Revenue, however, saw a 12% decline year-on-year to EUR 27.7 million. This was due to a focus on long-term customer value over rapid acquisition. Marketing expenses were reduced by 25%, decreasing operating costs by 20%. These strategic changes boosted profitability significantly.
NAGA maintains its fiscal 2026 revenue forecast between EUR 68–75 million. The strategic adjustments solidify NAGA's path toward efficient growth and sustained profitability. CEO Octavian Patrascu emphasized continued scaling for the year's second half.
