Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. Announces Name Change to NiobiumX Mining Inc.
Arctic Fox Lithium Corp., a junior mineral exploration company, has announced its intent to change its name to NiobiumX Mining Inc. This move aims to better represent the company's expanded mineral property portfolio. Effective July 17, 2026, the company's shares will trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the new ticker symbol (NIOX).
In addition to the name change, the company will adopt new CUSIP and ISIN numbers: 653946103 and CA6539461039, respectively. Trading of the common shares will continue under the new designations. The company emphasizes that no responsibility is assumed by the Canadian Securities Exchange for the adequacy or accuracy of this announcement.
