The General Meeting ratifies the name change of DELFINGEN Industry
On June 5, 2025, the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of DELFINGEN Industry approved the change of the company's name. As of July 1, 2025, the company will be called DELFINGEN. This change reflects the desire to simplify the company's identity while retaining its existing stock exchange codes, ALDEL and FR0000054132.
This change marks a new milestone for DELFINGEN, a major player in cable protection solutions for harsh environments. The next investor meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2025, with the publication of first-half revenue figures, after the stock market closes.
