The exercise price for IMMO BLOCKCHAIN's 2026 warrants has been published online.
IMMO BLOCKCHAIN has announced the details of the third exercise period for its Share Subscription Warrants (BSA 2026). These warrants, associated with the shares issued on March 16, 2026, can be exercised from May 19, 2026 to May 30, 2026.
The exercise price for the 2026 warrants has been set. Calculated based on the average closing price of the four preceding trading days, it is reduced by a 15% discount. Thus, the exercise price for this period is set at €0.33, representing a reduction applied to an amount of €0.387125.
This pricing cannot fall below the nominal value of the shares, set at €0.10. This announcement follows the guidelines communicated last February.
