The Burkhalter Group acquires Plasco AG
The Burkhalter Group has announced the acquisition of Plasco AG, a company located in Steg (VS). Plasco AG, which employs approximately 25 people, generates annual sales of CHF 6.5 million. The company specializes in waterproofing systems for building construction, civil engineering, and tunnel construction.
The acquisition is being carried out as part of a settlement of the estate of the former owners. Josef Pfammatter will continue to lead Plasco AG, which will remain an independent entity within the Burkhalter Group. The Plasco AG name will be retained, and all current employees will be retained.
This operation is part of Burkhalter's growth strategy, which focuses on targeted acquisitions in the building technology sector.
