The ATOMS group raises $1.7 billion for the expansion of ProKitchens in Europe

Atoms, a robotics and industrial automation company, has completed one of the largest funding rounds of 2026, raising $1.7 billion, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and other investors, including Uber. This funding will be used to strengthen ProKitchens' infrastructure in several European countries, including France and Spain.

This fundraising allows Atoms to accelerate its development in the agri-food, mining, and transportation sectors. ProKitchens, a key division of Atoms Food, will benefit from this investment to strengthen its network of professional kitchens in cities such as Paris, Milan, and Amsterdam.

The funding will support restaurant entrepreneurs and local brands by providing certified kitchen spaces. ProKitchens facilitates entry into new markets by reducing financial burdens and improving efficiency.
