Thales Shareholders Approve All AGM Resolutions

Thales, the French multinational company, held its Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2025 at its Paris headquarters. The meeting, guided by Chairman and CEO Patrice Caine, achieved a quorum of 87.93%, and all proposed resolutions were approved.
The resolutions included the ratification of the 2024 financial statements and a dividend distribution plan of 3.70 euros per share. The interim dividend of 0.85 euro had previously been distributed. Additional resolutions addressed the appointment of a statutory auditor, executive compensation, and financial transaction delegations for the Board.
Board member appointments were also confirmed, including Valérie Guillemet, alongside the renewal of positions for four existing members. Detailed voting results can be accessed on Thales's website.
