Thales Reports Half-Year Liquidity Contract Statement
On December 31st, 2025, Thales disclosed its half-year liquidity contract statement under the agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux. The liquidity account held 70,808 shares and €17,731,668.31. The contract saw 4,335 buy-side executions, totaling 785,034 shares traded for €188,608,900.81, and 4,914 sell-side executions, amounting to 770,526 shares for €186,642,117.85.
Compared to June 2025, the positions improved from 56,300 shares and €19,698,451.27 with substantial increases in trading activity. Initially, the account was established with 245,000 shares and €20,300,450. These reports comply with AMF Decision N°2021-01, ensuring liquidity contracts are an accepted market practice.
