Thales Announces Share and Voting Rights Update for December 2025
Thales, a leading company in electronics and defense, has released details about its shares and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. The total number of shares stands at 205,941,913, with a capital of €617,825,739. The theoretical number of voting rights is reported to be 301,923,431. However, the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, at 301,458,941.
