TF1 Reports Share and Voting Rights for March 2026

TF1 has officially disclosed its share and voting rights figures for the end of March 2026, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of March 31, 2026, the total number of shares composing TF1's capital stands at 211,034,249. This figure also represents the total theoretical voting rights.

The number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, amounting to 210,195,353. The discrepancy is due to a portion of the shares having their voting rights suspended. This adjustment is in line with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation, which requires the inclusion of all shares with attached voting rights, regardless of suspension status.
