TF1 Reports Liquidity Contract Update for H2 2025
TF1 has released its half-yearly update on the liquidity contract with NATIXIS ODDO BHF. As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 183,616 shares and 956,291 euros. Originally, the account started with 0 shares and 2.5 million euros.
From July 1 to December 31, 2025, TF1 executed 2,282 trades on the buy side and 2,283 on the sell side. The trading activities included 756,427 shares and 6.3 million euros on the buy side, while the sell side saw 632,310 shares and 5.3 million euros in transactions.
This report follows AMF Decision n°2021-01, maintaining liquidity contracts as accepted market practices. TF1 continues to adhere to these standards to ensure transparency and liquidity in its share dealings.
