TF1 Reports H1 2026 Liquidity Contract Status
TF1 has released its half-year liquidity contract report for the period ending June 30, 2026. The contract, managed with NATIXIS ODDO BHF, showed a liquidity account comprising 133,647 shares and 1,312,068 euros. Initially, the account held no shares but 2,500,000 euros.
From January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, trades executed included 2,924 on the buy side and 3,483 on the sell side. The trading volumes accounted for 1,294,466 shares and 9,258,005 euros in purchases, while sales involved 1,344,435 shares and 9,613,782 euros.
This reporting aligns with AMF Decision n°2021-01 of June 22, 2021, permitting liquidity contracts for shares as a market practice.
