TF1 Group 2025 Results: Digital Strategy Success Amidst Adversity
TF1 Group reported a consolidated revenue of €2,297 million for 2025, marking a 2.5% decline compared to the previous year. Despite this, the group's financial performance displayed resilience in a challenging advertising market. A noteworthy highlight was the substantial 35.8% increase in TF1+ advertising revenue. The Media segment experienced a 4.5% revenue decline, contrasted by a 9.2% rise in Studio TF1, partly fuelled by Johnson Production Group's contribution.
The group's current operating profit from activities decreased by €45 million to €252 million, primarily due to reduced linear advertising revenue. Nonetheless, activities maintained an 11% margin, aligning with the revised guidance. Additionally, TF1's net cash reached €515 million by year-end, supporting a proposed dividend of €0.63 per share.
The TF1+ platform, two years post-launch, became the top free streaming service for French speakers, attracting an average of 38 million monthly streamers. Strategies in 2026 focus on strengthening linear advertising leadership and expanding streaming presence in French-speaking markets.
