TF1 Discloses Monthly Share and Voting Rights Data for August 2025
On September 3rd, 2025, TF1 released its monthly report regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of August 31st, 2025. This disclosure is in alignment with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. At the end of August, TF1's share capital comprised 211,173,467 shares. The theoretical voting rights are identical to the number of shares, totaling 211,173,467.
However, the exercisable voting rights are slightly fewer, amounting to 210,784,497. This discrepancy arises from certain shares having suspended voting rights as outlined under Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. The net figure of suspended voting rights was offered strictly for informational purposes.
