TERACT : Mise en œuvre du retrait obligatoire
Le 19 mai 2026, InVivo Group a annoncé la mise en œuvre d'un retrait obligatoire concernant la société TERACT, conformément à la régulation de l'Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). L'indemnisation est fixée à 3,12 euros par action et à 0,0039 euro par BSAR B.
InVivo Group, agissant en concert avec Combat Holding, NJJ Capital, Imanes et Palizer Investment, détient 99,62 % du capital de TERACT. Les 203 622 actions restantes, soit 0,29 % du capital, sont concernées par ce retrait.
La procédure sera effective le 3 juin 2026. Les actions et BSAR B de TERACT seront radiées d’Euronext Paris. La Société Générale est chargée d'assurer l'indemnisation des actionnaires pour le compte d'InVivo Group.
