TERACT: Implementation of mandatory withdrawal
On May 19, 2026, InVivo Group announced the implementation of a mandatory delisting of TERACT, in accordance with the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Compensation is set at €3.12 per share and €0.0039 per warrant (BSAR B).
InVivo Group, acting in concert with Combat Holding, NJJ Capital, Imanes and Palizer Investment, owns 99.62% of TERACT's share capital. The remaining 203,622 shares, representing 0.29% of the share capital, are affected by this withdrawal.
The procedure will take effect on June 3, 2026. TERACT's shares and warrants (BSAR B) will be delisted from Euronext Paris. Société Générale is responsible for compensating shareholders on behalf of InVivo Group.
