Temas Resources Secures $1.5M in Private Placement Funding

Temas Resources Corp., based in Vancouver, announced the completion of a non-brokered private placement, raising approximately CAD $1.5 million. This investment was achieved at a premium to the current market price, highlighting confidence in the company's future prospects.

The transaction involved the issuance of 8,333,334 flow-through shares priced at CAD $0.18 each to Maple Leaf Critical Minerals 2026 Enhanced Fund. As a result, Maple Leaf will hold about 9.9% of Temas' equity.

Tim Fernback, President & CEO of Temas, expressed gratitude for the support from Maple Leaf Funds. The proceeds will support the company's exploration at the La Blache and Lac Brule projects in Quebec, focusing on gallium, scandium, and other critical minerals.

The funds are earmarked for eligible Canadian exploration expenses to be fulfilled by December 2027. These shares are subject to a hold period under Canadian securities laws and no fees were associated with the transaction.
