Temas Resources to Initiate $1.5 Million Private Placement

Vancouver-based Temas Resources Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise gross proceeds of CAD $1.5 million. The funds will be generated through the issuance of flow-through shares at a price of CAD $0.18 each. These shares will qualify as "flow-through share" under Canada's Income Tax Act.

Proceeds will be directed towards eligible exploration expenses on the company's La Blache and Lac Brule titanium projects in Quebec. The company plans to complete these expenditures by December 31, 2027, with renouncements to subscribers effective December 31, 2026. The offering is pending Canadian Securities Exchange approval and comes with a four-month hold period post-closing.
