Pilot-scale tests confirmed a 65% cost reduction in TiO2 production compared to traditional methods, achieved through enhanced multi-metal recovery and energy efficiency. The testing produced 88 kg of high-purity TiO2 powder and demonstrated effective iron removal, pointing towards premium Fe2O3 production.
With 11 process patents secured, Temas evaluates its application across various complex deposits. Third-party evaluations are ongoing globally. The company's efforts could not only optimize internal projects but also potentially offer widespread licensing and joint venture opportunities.
